ADDENDUM NO. 1

Mandatory Site Visits

1. All Bidders are advised that there shall be a mandatory Site visit to the various sites as below:

Lot 1: North Western Province-4 Days from 15 to 19" May 2023

All bidders are required to assemble at Solwezi Municipal Council at 0830Hrs for a debrief by the Provincial Chiefs Affairs Officers and the Provincial Engineer under Department of Rural Development and commencement of the site visit.

Lot 2: Northern Province-4 Days from 22-26th May 2023

All bidders are required to assemble at Kasama Municipal Council at 0830Hrs for a debrief by the Provincial Chiefs Affairs Officers and the Provincial Engineer under Department of Rural Development and commencement of the site visit.

Lot 3 & Lot 11: Lusaka and Southern Provinces - 2 Days from 29th May - 31" May 2023.

Submission Procedure

Bidders are advised that bid closing and opening date has subsequently been moved from 5 June 2023 to 16 June 2023. Time and venue for bid closing and bid opening remains unchanged.

2. Bids who do not produce a site visit certificate shall have their bids disqualified.

3. This addendum has also been placed on e-GP platform (e-GP Platform-e-GP System).
